A:Our inflatable zip line can be used more than 2 year. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and 
material to repair it.. we will send a kit bag attached every inflatable tent.

A:Yes, We can manufacture the zip line according as your requirements, Please send us 
your design, picture or sketch and inform us the size and the quantity of the customed products you want to order, we will quote you our best price.
 

Q:What about size and color? Can you print my picture or logo on the products? 

A:The size and color can be changed according to your requirements. We can print your pictures or logos on the 
products, please offer the picture in AI or PDF or EPS file. .
 

Q, I Want a sample? Can you provide to us free?

A: Because the sample is too big to send and it will cost us a large sum of money,we do not supply free samples.
But we can supply sample material, or you can place trial order to see our quality before final decision.
 

Q: what's the shipping way we can choose?

A:Shipment can be arranged by see or by air. The shipping cost should paid by buyer. Air shipping cost is much 
high but take short time for delivery, normally within 5-7days. Sea shipping cost is lower, it's much economical 
for large inflatable item, but take very long time before receiving the goods, and client need to do the import custom
declaration by themselves. Normally sea shipping time is 15-30day or more, mainly depend on the vessel 
shipping line's schedule. 
 

Q. How do we repair the Inflatable?  

A. Minor cuts or punctures do not affect the performance when the inflatable during display. They can be easily 
repaired after the display. For extensive damages, factory repair services are available at very nominal charges.
